30-60-30 Practice Hierarchy
30-60-30 practices will be held at the Super Rink and ACC. Teams get one and half hours of ice time for only an hour's rate. The first team skates for the first 30 minutes alone, then together for 60 minutes with the second team. Then the second team skates alone for the last 30 minutes.
