Dear traveling and house level parents,

this is a friendly reminder that the first of 3 traveling/house payments are due by the end of day on Monday October 31, 2011.  I am attaching a payment schedule, which will identify the amount that is due at each level.  In addition, please mark your calendars for the remaining payments due after next Monday.  If you have, any questions please feel free to contact me.

It is very important that all accounts be paid in a timely manner.  I will be reviewing accounts and communicating with team coaches if a player’s account is delinquent in payment.  Accounts must be kept in a status for players to remain active.

$1,395 Total program fee

$495.00 Due at registration (includes tryout fees)

$300.00 2nd payment due by October 31

$300.00 3rd payment due by November 31

$300.00 Final payment due by January 16
