New Coaching Handbook
Dear members:
A new coaching directive has been introduced to our coaches this season. The directive encourages a strong emphasis toward skill development at all levels and for all players. The steps detailed in the coaching handbook, in the opinion of the hockey committe, give our youth the best chance for success at Andover and beyond. Please take a few moments to make yourself familliar with this document. It may help to explain some noticed changes in the way our coaches plan for development this year and years to come.
